退款政策

Returns and Refunds

Please examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any defects, damages, or shortages. Claims must be documented at the time of delivery; otherwise, orders will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds

We do not accept refunds and returns, including but not limited to corked wines, label damage, case damage and ullages

We allow cancellations with a refund notification within 12 hours of placing an order; if the notification is made less than 12 hours after the order, we will provide the customer with an equivalent amount of store credit for the next purchase but no refund

If you request us to leave the goods outside the delivery point without signing for them and the wine gets stolen, we will not be held responsible

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine. We will not be liable for spillages or breakages

請所有客戶立即檢查收貨或送貨的商品是否有任何缺陷、損壞或缺少。如有任何索賠,必須在交貨時記錄,否則任何問題將不獲更換或退款

我們不接受因任何原因退款及退貨,包括但不限於軟木塞汙染、標簽瑕疵、缺量、酒箱瑕疵等

我們允許下單後12小時内通知取消退款,若通知時間少於下單後12小時,我們將提供客戶同等數額的現金券用於下次在本店購物,但不提供退款

如果您要求我們將貨物放在送貨點外面並沒有進行簽收而葡萄酒被盜,我們將不承擔任何責任

我們將不對顧客自行處理葡萄酒而導致的損失或損害負責。我們將不對洩漏或破損負責
